Principal's Feedback
Feasibility of fishbowl discussion
-
The fishbowl discussion would be effective as the teaching staff in the centre are proactive and are willing to share their ideas. This is because the centre has cultivated a spirit of sharing as they aim to create a community of practice where the sharing of practices among the teachers would ultimately benefit the children.
-
Therefore, if this were to be implemented in another centre, it may not work as well.
